What we collect
When you join the waitlist, Nod stores the public Solana or EVM wallet address you submit, its network, the time of submission, your consent version, confirmation that the current social steps were completed, and basic referral information. Nod does not receive your X account or X password in this flow. The product may also record anonymous session events, public thesis activity, and records needed to operate private beta access.
Why we use it
We use this information to manage the waitlist, grant early access, measure product reliability, prevent abuse, and provide launch benefits associated with the submitted wallet.
Wallet safety
A public wallet address cannot move funds. Joining the waitlist does not connect your wallet and does not request a signature. During private beta, a signature proves control of the wallet already submitted to the waitlist. Nod never asks for a seed phrase or private key.
Sharing and retention
We use infrastructure providers to host and protect the service. We do not sell waitlist information. We retain records while they are needed for access, security, legal obligations, and the operation of Nod.
Your choices
You can ask to remove your waitlist record or request information about it by contacting privacy@nodfun.xyz. Include the wallet address so we can locate the record. We may ask you to prove control of that wallet before fulfilling a sensitive request.
